Position Overview: Join our esteemed dental practice located in the picturesque Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix as an Experienced Dental Receptionist. We are seeking a dynamic front office professional to become the welcoming face of our office and provide exceptional service to our patients.

You will work closely with a dedicated clinical team of three providers, contributing to a supportive and patient-centered atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Expertly verify dental insurance and eligibility
• Accurately create and present treatment plans to patients
• Diligently follow up on insurance claims and track outstanding balances
• Post insurance and patient payments
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Handle patient calls and inquiries with compassion and efficiency
• Maintain a professional and warm front-desk presence

Candidate Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dental front office is highly desired, but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes (training available)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively
• Professional, polished demeanor suitable for a patient-facing role
