Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting patients and managing the front desk.
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
- Efficiently handling billing, payments, and insurance claims.
- Processing EOBs and conducting insurance verifications.
- Delivering outstanding patient service and support.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental front office role is required.
- Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break).
- Salary: $24 - $32 per hour, based on your skills and experience.
