Join our friendly, growth-oriented orthodontic team as a full-time Dental Receptionist. We’re a traveling practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Position Overview
- Role: Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental or orthodontic front office experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full time
- Travel: Support our traveling orthodontic team
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and update contact information
- Process insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic front office role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Preferably with Cloud9 experience management software
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a growth-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Range: $15 - $22 per hour
