Role Overview

Seeking a experienced Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator to manage front-desk duties, insurance coordination, and treatment plan presentations, ensuring seamless patient interactions and office efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management system
Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and follow up on authorizations
Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with clarity and compassion
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and office operations

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist or treatment coordination experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Softdent practice management software would be a plus
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
7:00am - 5:00pm
