Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in/out patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient insurance verifications and billing inquiries
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix (experience a plus!)
- Coordinate treatment plans and payment processing
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dental receptionist or relevant front desk experience
- Proficiency with Dentrix software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive, growth mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: 16 - 25 USD per hour
