Position Overview
Are you a passionate, experienced dental assistant ready to inspire and support the next generation? The American Institute of Dental Assisting is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Dental Assisting Instructor/Career Services Coordinator position. This unique dual-role offers the opportunity to teach hands-on dental skills while also supporting students throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
As an Instructor:
- Teach and demonstrate hands-on dental assisting procedures.
- Guide students through clinical skills and lab work.
- Maintain an engaging, safe learning environment.
As a Career Services Coordinator:
- Support the Student Services Coordinator.
- Provide day-to-day support and mentorship to students.
- Monitor attendance and academic progress.
- Serve as a point of contact for student concerns or needs.
Qualifications
- Dental Assisting Certificate (Required)
- 5+ years of dental assisting experience in General Dentistry (Required)
- RHS Certification (Required)
- Experience with Dentrix (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Teaching experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!

Compensation
