Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during endodontic treatments
- Implement patient anxiety management techniques for a calm experience
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms
- Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels throughout procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a dental or endodontic assistant
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Strong communication skills and empathy for anxious patients
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the dental team
