Now Hiring: Full-Time Dental Assistant

There are dental assistant jobs everywhere right now — but if you’re the kind of person who wants more than just a job, we want to talk to you.

At Cosmetic Dentistry of San Antonio, we’ve built something special. We’re a well-known cosmetic practice with a 5-star reputation and 960+ Google reviews, but what truly sets us apart is the experience people feel the moment they walk through our doors — patients and team members.

Our team doesn’t just show up to work. We show up for each other, for our patients, and for the standard of excellence we’re known for in our community.

⭐What It’s Like to Work Here

We believe in two things equally:

Delivering the highest level of patient care
Loving the environment you work in

We’re a team that can laugh together, move quickly together, and deliver remarkable results together. Yes, we are productive — extremely productive — but we don’t believe productivity has to come at the expense of joy. In fact, we know the opposite is true: a happy team creates the best experiences for patients.

Our office is modern, clean, and designed with intention — because the environment you work in should inspire you, not drain you.

⭐ What We Offer

We invest in our team the same way we invest in our patients: • Up to $26/hr depending on experience • Paid medical insurance • 401(k) • Paid holidays • A beautiful, state-of-the-art office • A supportive team culture where your voice matters

⭐ Who Thrives Here

You will love it here if you’re someone who: • Has 3+ years of general dentistry experience • Takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience • Moves with purpose, professionalism, and positivity • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Wants to grow, learn, and be part of something bigger than yourself

⭐ Responsibilities

• Greet patients and explain dental care treatment plans so they feel comfortable during the appointment. • Support dentists and dental hygienists by handing off dental instruments, providing suction, and ensuring chair-side accessibility to the team during procedures or examinations. • Schedule appointments for patient care follow-up, answer any questions they may have about dental hygiene, and provide postoperative instructions with methods for infection control of the patients’ teeth and gums, after procedures. • Evaluate and document vital signs and medical history for patient records, take x-rays of the patient’s mouth, and apply a topical anesthetic for dental procedures, if needed. • Must be able to fabricate aesthetic, well-fitting temporaries. • Must be familiar with Invisalign, including taking records, placing attachments, and scanning. • Must be skilled in basic assisting, such as but not limited to suctioning, packing cord, accurate notes, and explaining treatment to patients. • Must pass a reference check. • Evaluate and document vital signs and medical history for patient records, take x-rays of the patient’s mouth, and apply a topical anesthetic for dental procedures, if needed. We’re not looking for someone who’s simply searching for “the next job.” We’re looking for the next great team member, someone with the right personality and cultural fit—someone who brings energy to the room and elevates the people around them.

⭐ If This Sounds Like You…

We’d be honored to meet you. Come work with a team that delivers excellence, supports each other, and genuinely has fun doing it.
