Position Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team Monday through Friday. In our friendly, positive, team-oriented environment, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and process billing
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to support patient care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of reception or administrative experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic medical records
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay range:
