Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental services
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance standards
- Willing to learn and with the passion to teach others
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in a dental setting
- Active dental assistant license
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Eagerness to engage in ongoing training and professional growth
- Experience with: Open Dental, Planmeca, CBCT, SprintRay 3-D printer, WaveOne, and Nomad
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Flexible scheduling within these days to meet patient needs
- Soon to open on Wednesday
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range:
23 -
30 per hour
- Dental Insurance
- Eligibility for medical, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays after meeting production targets for two consecutive months
