We’re excited to welcome a dynamic Dental Assistant to our team at MG Dentistry! To show our appreciation, we’re offering a $500 bonus after 6 months of employment. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, communicates well, and is eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient dental practice.

Days/Week: 3 - 4 days
Hours: 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends Required: No
Greet and prepare patients for treatment
Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry
Sterilize and set up instruments/equipment
Take X-rays as needed
Provide oral hygiene and post-op instructions
Maintain accurate patient records
Support front office with scheduling, check-ins, and payment as needed
Keep treatment rooms clean and well-stocked
Order and manage clinical supplies
At least 1 year of experience, 2 years preferred
Strong Computer Skills
High School Diploma
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
Current IL X-ray certification
Coronal polishing certification
EFDA certification
Previous experience with intraoral scanning
Comfortable using EagleSoft (open to training)

22 - 30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with extensive
dental assisting experience and multiple preferred certifications (e.g. EFDA, X-ray, coronal
polishing) will be considered for the higher end of the range.
